90 Day Visa in Thailand
Non-Thai Citizen seeking to enter Thailand for the purpose of Business, Investment, Study, Retirement, or Marriage must obtain a 90 Days Non-Immigrant Visa. Once the foreigner arrives in Thailand, they will have the option to convert their 90 Days Non-Immigrant Visa to a 1 year visa without having to leave Thailand. If you did not obtain a Non-Immigrant Visa prior to your arrival in Thailand, we can help you get this visa without you having to leave Thailand.

To qualify for a 90 Days Non-Immigrant Visa you must demonstrate the following:
  • Valid Passport. 
  • Proof of sufficient financial funds. 
  • Have no overstay or criminal record in Thailand. 
  • A letter from concerned organization, company, or person clarifying the purpose of your travels.



Marriage Visa in Thailand
Non-Thai Citizen seeking to obtain a renewable 1 year visa to stay in Thailand long-term with their spouse must obtain a Non-Immigrant Visa O. The foreigner must first obtain a non-immigrant visa before arriving in Thailand before applying for the work permit. If you arrived on a tourist visa, we can help convert it to a non-immigrant visa without you having to leave Thailand. Once you are granted this visa, you must report every 90 days to your nearest Immigration Office.

To qualify for a Marriage Visa you must demonstrate the following:
  • Valid Passport 
  • Valid Marriage Certificate with a Thai Citizen 
  • Proof that you meet the minimum financial requirement 
  • Proof of Accommodation in Thailand 
  • Supporting documents from your spouse 
  • Have no overstay or criminal record in Thailand 
  • Police Report to demonstrate that they are neither a public or security threat to the Thai government. 
  • Medical Certificate to demonstrate that they are neither a public or health risk to the Thai government. 



Retirement Visa in Thailand
Non-Thai Citizen seeking to spend their Retirement in Thailand must obtain a Non-Immigrant Visa O-A. This is long term visa that allows the foreigner to stay in Thailand for 1 year and renewable each year without having to leave Thailand. The foreigner must first obtain a non-immigrant visa before arriving in Thailand before applying for the work permit. If you arrived on a tourist visa, we can help convert it to a non-immigrant visa without you having to leave Thailand. Once you are granted this visa, you must report every 90 days to your nearest Immigration Office. Work is prohibited with a Retirement Visa.

To qualify for a Retirement Visa you must demonstrate the following: 
  • Valid Passport 
  • Over 50 years of age 
  • Proof that you meet the minimum financial requirement 
  • Have a Thailand bank account 
  • Have no overstay or criminal record in Thailand 
  • Police Report to demonstrate that they are neither a public or security threat to the Thai government. 
  • Medical Certificate to demonstrate that they are neither a public or health risk to the Thai government. 



Work Permit in Thailand
Non-Thai Citizen seeking to work or operate a business in Thailand must obtain a valid work permit with the Ministry of Labor in Thailand. The foreigner must first obtain a non-immigrant visa before arriving in Thailand before applying for the work permit. If you arrived on a tourist visa, we can help convert it to a non-immigrant visa without you having to leave Thailand. 

Documents required for a Thai Work Permit: 
  • Valid Passport 
  • Medical Certificate 
  • Education Degree 
  • Transcript 
  • Resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV) 
  • Proof of Accommodation in Thailand 
  • Supporting documents from the company you will be working for. 
***If you are married to a Thai Citizen, additional documents are required from your spouse.



90 Days Report 
Non-Thai Citizen staying in Thailand for longer than a 90 days period is required to report their current address to a Thai Immigration Office every 90 days. You can report up to 7 days before your 90 days and have a grace period of 7 days to report after your 90 days. You have the option of reporting by yourself in person, authorize someone else to report for you or send your report notification thru post. If you fail to report on time you will be fine 2,000THB or more. 



Marriage Registration in Thailand  
Non-Thai Citizen wishing to register their marriage with their Thai Spouse may do so at their local District Office. After successfully registering your marriage, the foreigner may then apply for a Non-Immigrant Visa to stay in Thailand with their spouse or apply for their Thai Spouse to migrate to their home country. 

To qualify for a Marriage Registration you must demonstrate the following: 
  • Both parties must be at least 18 years of age. 
  • Both parties must be free to marry. 
  • Both parties must be sane and competent. 
  • Both parties wish to marry at their own free will.
